Connection, Acceptable Use and Security Policy
As a regional network operator delivering JANET services to end sites, it is a requirement that all organisations that receive network services from WNL sign up to the Connection, Acceptable Use and Security Policy. Risk Register
One of the requirements of the RPAN contract is that a Regional Network Operator (such as WNL) develops and maintains a company risk register. The register contains information on:
  • A description of risks to WNL
  • The impact upon WNL should these events actually occur
  • The probability of the occurrence of an identified risk
  • A summary of the planned response should the event occur
  • A summary of the mitigation (the actions taken in advance to reduce the probability and/or impact of the event)

The WNL risk register is frequently revisited and updated, and the latest version will shortly be available for download from the link below.
